Should your piece suffer a breakage due to manufacturing defects, we are committed to repairing it at no cost to you and will also replace any lost stones up to 0.15ct once.

For accidental damage, we’re happy to help restore your piece to its original beauty. We can fix or polish your jewelry, with repair and shipping costs charged to you.

Our warranty does not cover

• General wear and tear or damage from improper use or storage

• Loss and accidental damage

• Items that have been altered or repaired by another jeweler

• Loss of stones larger than 0.15ct
